Each and every day, the WSL team schedules workers and negotiates transportation rates and storage contracts.  We monitor insurance compliance, and we drag in all of the completion documentation that can hold up project close-outs.  We are constantly driving the best balance of service and expense.  We focus on your needs, but we extend your reach and effectiveness by sharing the rates that we’ve negotiated for other clients with you.  It sounds simple but it’s a lot of work.  Good thing we like to stay busy.

We will quickly quote services for you in all regions of the US and Canada, and we will create the specific project and program SLA’s based on your requirements.  WSL manages all of the individual contracts and manages the vendor payments.  We are able to guarantee priority service throughout the country as a result of the volume of projects that we manage.  You may have one extremely critical, no-fail, project in Duluth, Philadelphia, or Little Rock and not know who the best service provider would be, and if they’ll support you effectively.  But in that market, we may have twenty-plus projects like yours every year, and because we’re a significant strategic partner in that market, we can guarantee cost-effective and predictable execution for your project.
